About Jersey Drinks + Lia

Jersey Drinks is a creative cocktail company based in Northern New Jersey. We’ve combined our passion and expertise for all things bad and boozy to serve up elevated imbibing experiences. Services range from mixology and tasting classes to cocktail catering and private bartending. Our cocktails are crafted from ingredients that are seasonal and as locally sourced as possible. And of course, made with love. Bar package offerings rotate on a seasonal basis and are customizable to accommodate any needs, including mocktail offerings.


Lia is the Founder & Chief Cocktail Creator at Jersey Drinks . With over a decade in the alcohol industry, she has gained experience in consumer marketing, brand education & advocacy and event production serving a wide range of premium wine & spirit brands. Lia started Jersey Drinks with this niche expertise and her love for the art of a well-crafted cocktail. 

She understands first hand how intimidating (yet incredibly impressive!) bartenders at high-end cocktail bars may appear. Recognizing the disconnect between the bar and home imbibing, Lia aims to education and encourage the at-home enthusiast. Through Jersey Drinks, Lia takes a hands-on approach to showcase just how easy and accessible it is to make quality cocktails right at home.  

She is also the New Jersey chapter President of the Women Who Whiskey club, a National club of whiskey loving women and Level 2 certified in the Wine Spirits Education & Trust program.

Where Can You Ship To?

Yes! We are able to ship mixology kits within the U.S. Shipping costs are not included in per person package pricing. Costs are estimated until receipt of ALL shipping addresses. Actual shipping costs will be included in your final invoice. A final list of addresses requested at least five business days in advance to avoid rush shipping fees, addresses submitted late are subject to rush fees.

Currently, we are able to ship within the US. If a client requests international shipping, they are responsible for creating the international shipping label and is preferred via FedEx or UPS.

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

A deposit will be required to secure your requested event date once your proposal has been reviewed an approved. Deposits are non-refundable should you cancel your event. Events booked (5) business days prior to requested event date are subject to rush service fees should your date and time be available.

 Cash, checks, and Venmo are our preferred payment options. Credit card payments through Square are also accepted and incur an additional processing fee. A deposit invoice will be submitted and paid to hold your event date and a final invoice will be generated once all addresses are provided to cover your balance.

Virtual events run 60 – 90 minutes depending on your group size. We welcome questions along the way and will share facts, tips and tricks during each cocktail demonstration and a friendly game of cocktail trivia. A break is also provided. Classes are conversational and interactive!

No problem! We will ensure this attendee receives ingredients to make a mocktail version of each recipe selected so they are able to follow along with out missing a beat. We will go over any modifications to the mocktail versions live during each demonstration.

All liquids are packaged in PET recyclable, tamper-evident plastic bottles. Mixer jars are great to be reused for salad dressings, single serve sauces or homemade juice shots! Garnishes are sealed in FDA compliant small re-closable poly bags. Shipped kits come with a single-use disposable ice pack to ensure freshness while in transit. Keep everything chilled in your refrigerator unless noted otherwise on your packing slip.

 Most juices will keep for up to two weeks refrigerated. Fresh citrus juices however will last only 3-4 days. Specialty syrups will keep for 1-1.5 months in provided airtight, sealed containers. An overview on shelf life of ingredients will be reviewed live during your event.
