Where are you based?

We are New Jersey born and raised based in Northern Bergen County, NJ

How far will you travel?

We will travel up to 90 minutes from Bergen County. Events that exceed 60 minutes will incur additional travel fees. If your event is 20+ guest and over 90 minutes, let’s discuss!

What areas are incLuded in your service areas?

Bergen County, Morris County, Essex County, Hudson County, Rockland County (NY). Please note: Hoboken and Jersey City incur $75.00 fee

What is your travel fee?

Events 90 minutes outside of Bergen County will incurr a travel fee of $150.00. Note, Jersey City and Hoboken events also will incur fee of $75.00.

What is a cocktail class?

Our cocktail classes are a fun and interactive activity to do with friends, family or colleagues. You will learn how to create fresh, delicious cocktails in a hands on environment.

Do I have to provide anything?

We bring everything but the booze! All we ask our clients is to provided a dedicated area to host the class and set up each guests stations based on group size. If you need to rent tables, let us know! Due to NJ state liquor laws we are a “dry hire” company and legally are unable to provide alcohol. A shopping list will be provided with estimated costs and suggested brands. Otherwise, we’ve got you covered from disposable glassware to garnish, tools, mixers and ice. 

What if someone has allergies or doesn't drink alcohol?

Not a problem! We offer mocktail substitutions for those who do not drink or might be pregnant so everyone is able to get in on the fun. We are happy to accommodate food allergies, please notify us no later than (5) business days prior to your event rearding any food and allergy restrictions.

How far in advance do I have to book?

Events are a first come first serve basis and are not 100% guaranteed until your event deposit has been made. Events booked in less than a week, depending on availability will incur a rushed planning fee. 

What are your prices?

We offer group pricing based on various party sizes. Pricing for virtual events is a per person pricing structure and may include additional shipping fees based on location. 

How long are events?

Depending on your group size, anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes.

How long does it take to set up and Clean up?

Set-up time varies based on group size, but usually any event under 25 guests will take about an hour. Clean up may run 30 minutes, but we clean as we go to make load-out as quick as possible so you're able to keep the party going.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. Events are fully refundable until ten days out. Anything cancelled within five business days is 50% refundable, if you cancel with less than 72 hours notice you will not be refunded. 

Do you host virtual events?

Yes! We still offer virtual options for groups unable to get together in real life or those not local!

Do you do corporate events?

Absolutely! Cocktail classes are great for team building. We also offer corporate cocktail competition packages or happy hour bartending services.

What are you event minimums or maximums?

For clients in Bergen County our minimum is six guests. Outside of Bergen County, our event minimum is ten guests. For all events our max capacity is 40 to ensure an enjoyable event for all in attendance.  

How do I secure my event date?

A deposit is required to confirm and guarantee your date. The deposit amount will be credited towards your final invoice.

What if I have to cancel?

We get it, things happen! You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within (10) business days. Anything after that is subject to a partial refund. 

Do you provide alcohol for events?

No, unfortunately due to challenging NJ state liquor laws we are a “dry hire” and unable to provide your group with the alcohol. We will ensure a detailed shopping list complete with our favorite brands is provided in advance of your event. 

Are we able to keep the bar tools used during class?

Tools used during class belong to Jersey Drinks and are thoroughly washed and sanitized between each event. If you’re interested in purchasing your own set of bar tools, we’re here to make it happen and travel with new, never before used bar tools to purchase at your leisure (pending inventory availability)!

What if I have additional guests after booking?

The more the merrier! However, please be advised if guests are added within five business days prior to your event, per person pricing may increase due to additional rushed materials and preparation. Payment for added guests must be completed within 24 hours of addition to your headcount.
